We employed Jack to install a complete new bathroom suite, and we definitely made the right decision. The work entailed running new pipework under the floor, as some things were being relocated, and rejigging the waste on the outside of the house to accommodate them, Jack did it all with a minimum amount of fuss and took all obstacles in his stride, nothing phases him, he's efficient, works extremely hard, is respectful of the property, and is a nice guy to boot. I have already recommended him to my neighbour who was also looking for a plumber, so if you're in need of one in the Kent/Thanet area, he's your man.
